Your Role:

As Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safety and security of the venue, managing a team of door supervisors, and ensuring all operations are run smoothly and professionally.

Lead a team of Door Supervisors and ensure they are fully briefed and supported during their shifts.
Conduct regular patrols and ID checks to maintain safety standards.
Manage any incidents or conflicts efficiently and professionally.
Ensure compliance with all security procedures, legislation, and licensing regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence at all times.
Liaise with venue management and other staff to ensure smooth operations.

What We Need From You:

 SIA Security License (required).
 2+ years of experience in door supervision or security within pubs, clubs, or venues.
 Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
 Commitment to work Friday and Saturday shifts on a weekly basis.
 5-year work history & BS7858 vetting compliance.
 Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
